The Promoter of this prize draw is: VELUX Company Ltd, Woodside Way, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 4ND.
The prize draw is only open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 years or over. It is not open to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The opening date for entries is 16th September 2019. The closing date of the prize draw is midnight on 30th November 2019. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed and submitted due to a technical fault, malfunction or failure of any kind.
The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. To enter, fill in the form with all required information. Only one entry per household is permitted.
The winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 1st November 2019.
Each winner will be contacted by email (using details provided at entry) before 7th November 2019 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
All unsuccessful entrants will be contacted by email to inform them that they have been unsuccessful.
Each winner will receive one of the prizes itemised below (see point 11) from the Promotor. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
After the Promoter and the winners have established where prizes are to be sent, winners can expect their prizes within 10 working days. Prizes will be sent by post or courier.
Entrants will have 14 chances to win. The prizes available are:

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails marketing@velux.co.uk or writes to Marketing Department, VELUX Company Ltd, Woodside Way, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 4ND (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within[one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Using the same contact details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy. See also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
